3. Service Description
– OwnCup provides a digital loyalty card for the user.
– The user receives a stamp for each purchase in a partner café by scanning a QR code.
– The number of stamps required, the type of reward, and the conditions for its redemption are determined by each café individually. These conditions may vary between venues.
4. Registration and Account
– Registration with a valid email may be required to use the service.
– The user is responsible for maintaining the security of their account.
– The service administration reserves the right to temporarily restrict or block access in case of suspected abuse.
5. Service Cost
– The service is free for users.
– Participation for cafés (businesses) is paid and regulated by tariff terms available on a separate page (“For Coffee Shops”).
6. Participating Venues
– Each café independently sets:
- the number of stamps required for a reward,
- the type of reward,
- validity period and usage conditions.
– OwnCup is not responsible for:
- the quality of products and services provided by cafés,
- the availability of rewards at any given time,
- any changes to the reward terms made by cafés.
7. Personal Data Processing
– OwnCup processes only the minimum amount of personal data required for service operation.
– Data processing is carried out in accordance with the EU GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
– Data is not sold or transferred to third parties without legal basis.
